Same. 2009 was my favorite year in TNA. Hell 08/2009 was my favorite year in wrestling in general, WWE included.

Re: What made YOU a TNA fan?

I want to watch wrestling but there hasn't been anything worth watching for many years. I always watch it every now and again but it is only recently that Impact has me tuning in every week. I would say the reason is that they are putting on solid shows consistently.

Re: What made YOU a TNA fan?

The X-Division. I've been a fan since the original days in the Asylum. Former WCW/WWE talent like Syxx-Pac, Jeff Jarrett, Raven, Sting, Scott Hall, BG James and so on caught my interest. As I noticed guys like that being hyped on previews for their weekly pay-per-views. So that's what made me want to buy one of their PPVs originally. Then I noticed how big the X-Division was being plugged. And being blown away by guys like AJ Styles, Kazarian, Chris Sabin and so on. Once I saw the first Ultimate X match. I became instantly hooked to the product and loving it.

So I'd say a mixture of older talent and the X-Division made me a fan.

Re: What made YOU a TNA fan?

The main event of the first episode of Impact when it debuted on FSN back in 2004. It was Styles vs. Sabin vs. Michael Shane vs. Elix Skipper in an X Division title #1 contender's match. It was my first time seeing anything like A.J. Styles and I was hooked then.

Flicking around on the tv one day and came across the wrestling channel and watched an AJ Styles match and was so impressed i went out of my way to watch tna as much as possible and became a huge fan of guys like AJ, Joe, Daniels and AMW. Started watching every week when Angle came in.

Havent watched over the last month or so though because the Jeff Hardy UK tour fiasco has kind of left a sour taste in mouth. Will probably catch up in a month or so
