Looks like they are determined to permanently stay on the road, it's a good move to hire someone who will have expertise in advertising and promotion as this is something TNA has never been good at.

Definitely a smart move to bring someone in who can help out with event promotion and advertising. Though I would've thought they would have found someone and had them place prior to making the big announcement.

TNA(as well as WWE) will have hard times finding the people they want, if qualifications are fairly high. There's already a limited group of people who'd wanna apply for a job like that in wrestling, so making qualifications so basically nobody can get it, makes no sense.

If you look at WWE career page, you'll see why WWE lacks in so many areas

But if I was qualified(and WWE or even TNA had job opening near city I live in), I'd apply for sure(as I'm sure many others who like wrestling would do too. Instead of having people who don't really care for wrestling, getting hired for those jobs)

Good for them, I hope they get someone who knows what they're doing.

Advertising is probably the biggest problem with TNA in my opinion.

That is definitely what TNA needed. They needed someone to look after the live event promotion department as their current staff is probably not enough for the job.
