See the one which says "Ground length barrier jacket" and "Continuous barrier cover". They could make continuous ground-length barrier jackets. Decide the number of guardrails you would use around the ring based on the space required between the ring and the guardrails (this number should be fixed for all shows) and produce three sets of continuous ground-length barrier jackets, one for each side and one for the announce table side. Then have two individual ground-length barrier jackets for the entrance side barriers.

The ones they used in WCW weren't ground length I believe. That's because the guardrails they used had a base that didn't allow the use of such barrier jackets. But nowadays most (if not all) TNA shows I see use flat-base guardrails, so they can use ground-length barrier jackets for them.
