Karen Angle/Jarrett is a poor women's Vickie Guerrero. She's no where close to Vickie in terms of being a heat magnet, and Vickie has grown on me now, Karen hasn't.

Definitely Karen. I found her incredibly hot, and always thought she had surprisingly good charisma and mic skills.
Vickie is just flat-out obnoxious and boring. She gets "go away" heat with me.

Karen, because I feel that Vickie relies too much on her annoying voice and the commentators/wrestlers burying her looks. It's easy to hate someone if they're annoying and "ugly" (though not saying Vickie really is). And I found Karen more interesting. Vickie definitely engenders the go-away heat.

I hope by female GOAT you mean the animal, because I would be cautious about using Greatest of all time with someone like Karen. She wouldn't be in the top 100, and even then she might be further.
