I guess Magnus is a face now...I wonder if he'll still be one when they get back to the U.S. though.

I think they did it this way because they did 4 shows this year instead of 2. Last year, the commentary was taped when the show was. But it might sound out of date if you're during a full month worth of shows...

The downside is the announcers are not feeding off the crowd, which makes their reactions in a studio so much more subdued.
