TNA has one advantage over WWE and that is their cost-structure. Basically the Impact zone. The lower costs (much lower), the work friendly environment for the wrestlers who don't have to be on the road....
They are taking a huge financial risk with this change and the biggest problem, the way I see it, is that they can't sell tickets to PPV's outside of Florida. Why would they be able to sell tickets to Impact tapings?
Have you paid any attention to TNA over the last year? Slammaversary was their largest US crowd to date and Bound for Glory did good, both on the road. And newsflash, "hardcore fans" aren't the only ones wanting them to get out of the IZ, the talent does too I bet.
