Should TNA bring KOTM back for this year's Slammiversary?

I personally love the idea of the match...it was different and unique to TNA. With there only being 4 true live PPV's this year, each one is supposed to be a big deal and I would love for them to bring it back this year.

Here's some examples of possible KOTM matches they could have this year:

World Heavyweight Championship
Hardy
Aries
Roode
Bully
Aces & Eights member to be named

X Division Championship
RVD
Kenny King
Zema Ion
Christian York
Jesse Sorensen(if he's back by then)

of course those are just some i came up with real quick but what's your thoughts? do you like the match? would you like to see it return at this year's slammiversary?

The concept of the match didn't make sense and it never produced "great" or "memorable" matches. I say no.

The biggest problem that completly wrecks the concept. Is the fact you have to put the belt on the bar to win the match. It makes the entire match look so sloppy and it makes the world title belt look like a rag doll.Being tossed around by everyone. So the basic concept of the match is epic. All they have to do is make it normal where you get the belt off the bar in the first place. Not put it back on.

I like the idea of each belt being put on the line for a match.

agreed...leave all the rules the same...just make it to where you have to get the belt rather than take it up there

Re: Should TNA bring KOTM back for this year's Slammiversary?

I'd much rather see a fleshed out card featuring two or three matches between the top talent than all of your top talent in a match that's concept doesn't make sense and generally provides a sloppy and slightly unentertaining match. What I mean is I'd rather see - Aries vs. Roode, Styles vs. Storm and Bully vs. Hardy, all of which have the potential to be MOTYCs, than see all six of them slung in to a sloppy gimmick match that doesn't really cater to storylines.

i see what your saying but with 3 months between ppv's there will be plenty of time to build a fued between 5 guys...and a few tweaks could make the match go much smoother

Re: Should TNA bring KOTM back for this year's Slammiversary?

I have a few on DVD, including the first with Jarrett, Raven, AJ, Killings and Harris. It's a pretty good match overall. AJ diving over the cage is the most memorable part. Or the hook breaking off.
