Obviously few folks will show up without advertising. What did they actually try in Canada? I'm thinking radio would be a good priority – cheaper than tv ads and more apt to be noticed than flyers tacked up on blank walls and lightposts. Paying for tv spots would be effective too, and I doubt it cost the earth to have The Score run a few during WWE shows (assuming there's no contract reason why they can't do that). Fight Network wouldn't be too costly, you wouldn't think.
I know the chances of them hitting the East Coast are slim to none, but Moncton, Halifax, Charlottetown and St. John's wouldn't be a bad house show tour. It would work perfectly added onto a Montréal, Ottawa and Toronto tv taping circuit.
