This is just speculation and everyone is already taking sides on this xD
WWE wants former attitude era guys, if they hired wheelchair nash they will definitely hire goldberg and the same can be said for TNA.

With their 4 PPV format they could get some mileage out of Goldberg. He can just wrestle on the PPV's and special hyped Impacts.

He actually tried to have a deal with WWE around WM 27 because it was in Atlanta and wanted to have a match for his son but WWE showed no interest in him.

A lot can be say once the deal is over, both TNA and WWE want him but not for the amount of money he's asking that's why japan is most accurate guess.
