Re: TNA ratings

Just seen that the short advert TNA had in RAWS 1st ad break last weeks gained them 300,000 viewers.

If spike could fund this type of advertising more regularly aswell as a slot when smacdown was on. TNA could easily maintain a 1.3-1.4 rating maybe.

Maybe. Would definetly be cool if they could show a bit if growth (consistently drawing a 1.2 at least each week or something)...

Re: TNA ratings

I remember watching an interview with the guy who runs Redbull and the interviewer asked him something like "would Redbull energy drinks sell as well if you didn't put so much money and effort into advertising?" the guy just chuckled and flat out said "no!"

Re: TNA ratings

The buyrates sort of sum up the TNA audience. If TNA gets 1.5 million viewers and only 6000 buy the PPV that the TV is built around it either shows a lack of ability to make their viewers care or its says the TNA audience just watch on autopilot not caring. If you cant make that 1.5 million loyal audience check out you PPVs, its impossible to make newer fans check out your product.
