Absolutely. We have been talking about them moving this way for a long time. In fact all wrestling should go this root.We need to be building feuds over months.This is going to make character development much better for wrestlers.Then its important to have impact wrestling for story telling.We still need to have wrestling shows that are based off wrestling and not story and feuds.This is why these specials are so key. We watch wrestling at the end of the day to watch wrestling. Thats what these events will give us. 3 hours of concept wrestling. Tournaments are always a good thing. Which will lead to shots at belts and such. Im a die hard fan of this company and ive been ordering max 3 ppv a year for several years now. Thats not good but most of those ppvs just felt the same and we could see on impact wrestling.We are now going to get cheaper events with different stipulations. Like 6 sided ring and a lot of random talent brought in. I will say i kinda hope these concepts end of moving to tv. Specials on tv i think are key.Or maybe bring the price down to 10 bucks.Its amazing how stupid companies are in todays market.Think over charging is how you gain money. NO in fact this digital game company called steam.They have proved they make so much more money drastically dropping the price for games. Why sell a game for 60 bucks and have much less sales on it. When you can sell it for half that and have mass buyers. Steam is worth a lot of money right now.

I all ready plan on buying 5 One night only events that appeal to me and that was not the case for most of these monthly ppvs.thats 5 more events im spending money on this company then i have in years.

To be honest... Im not sure. I mean I like the concept of having some one off PPV specials like a show dedicated to the X-Division or the Knockouts, maybe even PPVs focusing on specific titles as well to give them move value. But in the long run I dont think they'll make much of a difference.

But of course thats just my opinion and I hope that TNA end up gaining more from only having 4 live PPVs this year.

I see the One Night Only PPVs as a win-win for both TNA and the fans. I'm not saying they'll make a significantly better profit from them in terms of overall buys, but TNA can roll these out by pre-tapping in the impact zone (costing barely nothing) and the fans get 3 hours of action packed wrestling for a really cheap price. If you're a fan of just wrestling then it's a great thing.

Only having 4 actual PPV events will also increase interest and create an almost must-see attitude since they'll be rare. The builds should.. be better, I'm assuming they'll be out of the impact zone and they'll be things to look forward to rather than having the 'well it's that time of the month' feel to them.

After all the things they've come up with over the years, I certainly think this is one of their better ideas.

No , this pay per views are pointless you not going to see any buildup on Spiketv , TNA should just cut the roster keep the people they going to push and bring back jobbers so the 4 main pay per views can feel fresh..

Its funny the people that look at it as a negative.They cant seem to get past things always being the same.Thats not how we move forward be continuing everything always the same.It goes for the baby bloomer generation.Soon as the young generation takes over.We will change a lot.

The old system was not working for them here. So we are taking it back to a even older system with some new stuff.2013 is going to be a big year.A lot of different stuff to come.

People would rather have 4 week meaningless feuds ?
