It's nice to know that people still can't stop comparing TNA to the WWE in this section. This is the TNA section not the WWE section. I don't give a shit who the WWE signs because I don't watch their shows anymore. They could sign every top indy name in the business and their shows will still suck.
So easy to point out the marks in this section. Grow the fuck up.

And yet, there's plenty of money for useless hacks like BOB, ANUS, Chavo, etc. Not to mention the legendary signings of Knobs & Sags, Orlando Jordan, VAL VENIS, Scott Hall, X-Pac, Shannon Moore, Matt Hardy, the ECW crew, and the recent folks like Garett Bischoff and Brooke Hogan. Gimme a fucking break, Tony's tag team partner.

I didn't start this shit, I was just being sarcastic to the Tonys of the section.

Are you trying to say TNA is the only company that did/makes stupid decisions? oh WWE has bradd maddox and otunga on their roster, giving the fucking break, BURN THE WWE!
wrestling promotions aren't football teams, this is like a chelsea fan saying man united sucks because they signed all the good talent. really? you seem to forget wcw was signing all the top "indy" talent from ECW and what killed them was a reject called austin.

Go watch some documentaries on that era, both companies at that time were pushing that idea and that's what made it special. You felt like you were making wrestling history by simply changing the channel.
If you want to ignore a history fact to be a wrestling purist, go ahead.

Re: Bradley & Cage
Why would I need to watch a documentary when I lived through that era?
Hailsabin and myself have already pointed out how silly your "choosing sides" comment was, there's no need to go through it again.

Congratulations you lived in the 90's like 80% of the people in here.
You can have the entire internet community point out whatever, that doesn't make it right.
Again, TNA is bashed (rightly) for not being a true alternative. The in your face attitude used from ECW back in the day could help them a lot. TNA needs to create buzz around them and create a fanbase, you won't go far as the second best. I explained this countless times but it seems you don't get the difference between marketing "choosing sides" and having fans actually "choosing sides". This is like saying because you can like pepsi and cola at the same time, pepsi should go out of their way to tell people to stay neutral and buy both products.

Re: Bradley & Cage
When I went to school there was never a "which side do you choose" thing going on, people just liked wrestling full stop. I guess that's just my small home town that thinks like that?
You're really missing the point though, you previously said that wrestling companies aren't football clubs, but they are when it suits your argument?

You're mixing BUSINESS with personal opinion, of course a fan doesn't do that but the competitive nature of WCW/WWF/ECW created buzz around the wrestling business and helped all of them.
Exchange of money, wrestlers, concepts, storylines, gimmicks, etc... we need this now. That's why when someone starts crying about WWE ripping off TNA or vice-versa, it's sad because it's just 2 companies trying to make money not 2 football clubs trying to win a championship.

Re: Bradley & Cage
...yet originally you said that fans do choose when you were bantering with Hailsabin and I. Personally I've never denied that companies try to create brand awareness and superiority.

Re: Bradley & Cage
Bradley being in A&8's is a bad idea, but so is how they did this if they want him to be in it.
Extremely simple angle: Bradley beats Cage, people vote Bradley, Cage wins GC, Bradley has every reason to complain.
And why would Taz say no to JB up there if they want him in A&8's? Makes legitly no sense, hoping he's not as I prefer his character as a lonely heel that likes to bully the smaller guys.
