That new logo looks eerily close to the Smackdown logo.

In my opinion, a great idea. Smart business move from TNA who were likely bleeding money with 12 major PPV shows.

This sounds like a change for the better. I think it could be even better if they would offer one of the specials for free each year. Maybe Destination X so more people could see Option C be utilized. May draw in more fans that way.

That logo is cool!! This is big for tna, big for wrestling in a way, Its a big change and hopefully for tna it brings bigger ppv buys for the 4 main ppv's and just better buys in general for the 7 others

Confused on these PPV specials. Will they air on Spike or just be on TNA on Demand? If it's the latter, I can't see it being so successful.

I'd have gone with 6 PPV's a year:

Jan: Genesis - Bringing TNA into the new year.
March: Lockdown - Steel cage themed PPV.
May: Destination X - A showcase of the X division.
June: Slammiversary - TNA's anniversary show.
Sept: Victory Road - A big part of TNA's PPV history which can be marketed effectively.
Nov: Bound For Glory - Culminating all the major feuds of the year.

Against to PWInsider.com, Spike balked at airing the PPV specials, so Destination X might have to become a special episode of Impact. http://www.pwinsider.com/article/745...edule.html?p=1

The ppv specials are smaller taped ppv at will probably be cheaper than the main 4 ppv's

I hope the taped Pay-Per-View only cost 20.00 dollar.
