Appealing match, IMO. Hey, if you are 15 and prefer a child friendly show, more power to you. Don't spew your bullshit about appealing matches over here, though. The wrestling on ANY WWE program is straight garbage. Slow paced, too grounded, too held back...

Watch Punk's old work compared to his work now. They have watered him down to the point he is pathetic.

Oh, and High School Musical is probably your favorite movie of all time because of its ratings. Am I right?
Punk works for the point you are making. Bryan works better.

People will buy a taped ppv for
1. Convenience
2. They know they'll be able to see their former favourite wrestlers again like Petey Williams
3. Cheaper
4. They can get into it even though they haven't been watching the product
5. Curiousity of what they'll do

I don't see Spoilers as much of a problem, films are pretaped and people pay to see films for $15/8 over here. The fact they're taped 4 months in advance helps because no one is going to bother looking up spoilers from a show taped 4 months ago if they have the intention of buying the PPV. Usually when people find spoilers it will be on the front page of a wrestling news site, and its usually a title change or big return. All thats going to go down on the PPV is good wrestling and some non-surprising returns, so news websites aren't going to go out on their way to spoil it unlike e.g when James Storm won the world title.

I think its a bold move from TNA but the supposedly small buyrates make it a risk worth taking, even if these ppvs don't sell much they probably won't do much worse than the ones now, but they'll be cheaper to produce

* TNA Hardcore Justice 2 - ECW reunion style "hardcore" show featuring hardcore stipulation matches bringing in ECW talents.

* TNA "10 Reunion" - Stars from the early days of TNA battling inside a Six-Sided ring.

TNA X-Division World Cup Tournament - four teams of X-Division wrestlers in a one night tournament featuring singles, tag, six man and eight man tag bouts.

I'll actually buy more TNA PPV's this year due to this format.Especially the ones bolded.

2. It's 15 frickin dollars.

I mean people buy DVDs of films they've already watched, why wouldn't they buy a PPV whose results they already know?
I agree but I personally can't see the ppv specials doing that good because of it being taped and it being on a Friday.

Plus taping two ppv specials in one day is gona drain the crowd and make them seem flat when watching the ppv.

Which is why they are taping at 1pm and then again at 7pm and not back to back.

On paper this seems like a good strategy. Hopefully it works out for TNA.

Coming from a die hard Tna fan.I still only order 3 ppv a year.I dont think ggenisis is going ti ever sell me.so with this new concept im all ready going to order half of those one night only specials. Cheapee and good conceps

International world cup
X- divison world cup
10 reunion
World cup of wrestling sounds amazing

Few of these shows are with the 6 sided ring.sucks the ring is to small not

I will order those for sure.missing one I think.

So thus is more money I would spend on them the normal

I understand that but still the crowd won't be pumped of 6 hours of wrestling in one day.

Their really should one done one taped ppv special a month, instead of multiple ones.

So none of these ppv specials will go into impact.

For example whatever teams are made in the jokers tag team tournament, I assume those teams won't be carried on in impact.

Why on earth are they taping the first two shows three and four months in advance?

I could understand a week or two, but MONTHS in advance?
