i hope this indy build up keeps coming would love to see Bucks back in TNA they have grown a lot, SSB is another team i would love to see. maybe once a year do a DDT type format. have the even boil down to 2 teams at the end and then facing each other on the next impact for the contract.

Steen's "Gutcheck" segment could write itself.

Have him beat a veteran, then the judges all say no because he doesn't have the superstar look, then he goes on a menace until getting a contract.

There's no way that they only take one. Both these guys have huge potential and the fact that they're facing off against one another leads me to believe the finish will be a time limit, double countout, or something like that.

I could only dream of the Impact Zone welcoming Cage with a "GET YOUR SHIT IN" chant, but they won't know who he is. Bradley is just badass, has everything you want in a wrestler/entertainer.

Really looking forward to this.

I agree that Steen would and should bypass Gutcheck and be debuted straight to the main roster if they were to sign him. He is skilled enough to draw heat and get over.

They should actually be going all out to sign Steen considering all of the other top indy talent that the other guys are swallowing up. He's a good worker who possesses very good mic skills, and to those who are going to call him "overweight", the weight issue was never a problem for Mick Foley, Dusty Rhodes or Bully Ray (among many others in the business) when it came to getting over or drawing heat.

it makes him even more of the Anti Hero, the every man with his body style. he comes in a roaring heel picking fights left and right and he would probably at some point be over as fuck by just doing what he has been doing this whole time, like he is right now in the indy scene. i would love to see TNA to a DDT style tag tournament once a year where the winners get a TNA contract. they should be targeting every major indy talent. i feel like their older stars are for the most part all about to hit that age and bringing in as much young seasoned guys like Strong, Perkins, and others would be the smartest thing they could do.

I like the idea, it actually gives us more of a reason to care about Gut Check, not that we shouldnt have cared about it to begin with. It makes it more important to not give one contestant, but two, since they'll be against each other and fighting for a real place on the TNA roster.

It kind of gives people a chance to see who they'd like more out of the two which is always an important factor. Well, it would be if TNA audiences would calm the hell down, they'd go nuts if a dust-pan and mop made a debut as a tag team there.

That is the problem with Gut Check. Someone like Kenny King who is an indy guy doesn't have to go through the process, but guys like Joey Ryan and Christian York "need" gut check to get signed.

I'm not sure I see the problem with that. Gut Check is to give a wrestler who aspires to be in TNA a chance to prove themselves to TNA officials while a guy like Kenny King getting signed without gutcheck means he was offered a contract by TNA.

i can't believe TNA finally gives a shot to Cage and Bradley and only one of them will get the contract...this is frustrating!
