1. Scrap the current belts and instead infuse a MMA Weight Class

World Champion: Jeff Hardy
Heavyweight: Angle
Cruiserweight: Austin Aires
Middleweight: Zema Ion

Tag Team Champions: Chavo & Hernandez

2. Bring in some top talent to Aces & Eights
John Morrison
Bully Ray
Buff Bagwell (For the NWO connection)
Rhyno
Adam Pearce

3. I'd have Matt Morgan destroy Hogan and get rid of him

4. Bring in the following talent
Shelton Benjamin
Charlie Haas
The Briscoe Brothers
Colt Cabana
Jack Evans
Ted Hart
Davey Richards

5. Move out of the Impact Zone from time to time. I'm thinking 3 to 5 shows a year. Maybe do a stretch in Vegas, Hammerstien Ballroom, ECW Arena, Universal Studios Los Angeles or the LA Olympic Auditorium.

Get rid of the Aces and Eights, The KO tag team belt, Bully Ray and Brooke storyline, Garrett Bischoff, Gut Check, Open Fight Night, Championship Thursday and Taz.

I would say fire Jeff Hardy, but that would be a stupid fucking decision to make for business, so no.

I actually think that there is room for a pro-wrestling product that goes over the edge with more realism and stiffness, a bit like Puroesu but in the USA scene, however the belts being divided into weight classes is not a good idea, in my view.

Reality is wrestling is not watched to feel real. Its watched to see over the top personas come to life. Weight limits in any means does not work.If you have guys like Aries that is short and not that heavy.That is probably one of the most over guys in this company.How the hell could he ever have the biggest belt in the company if its weight limits. having those rules interferes with the concept of pro wrestling.Never going to happen.

I think at least this layout is what i would do. which they clearly are heading this way anyways.We all ready are getting less ppv and 2 specials being taped next week. Plus i know for a fact they are going to call the American wrestling brand Impact Wrestling. Just like how they have that king ka ring brand. They are now even calling TNA production with the first impact wrestling episode of 2013


Company name - Impact Wrestling. Short bold but meaningful.


Impact wrestling presents - Reaction
2 hour proper wrestling show. Reaction is a name that defines wrestling.We watch for a reaction. We never know what decision will happen.

Acutely have marketing.

Keep doing what they are doing which is building new talent. Use smaller venues. Who cares if they are in a 4 thousand max arena.As well its sold out thats what matters.Noone cares about seeing a massive arena pretending to be fall on camera side.

Make each show feel different from each other for dam sakes.It could be cheap and help in the long run. No reason why they cant have a easy unque Main show stage set.That could easily be changed to another simple ppv stage.

I think they should travel more. Its always at Universal Studios in Orlando. They travel and make it love each week thus more people see ads on tv for TNA coming to your area and it might attract more people to watch the show.

You know the sad thing is. They do house shows all over. Smaller venues. All they have to do is do Impact wrestling on the road in smaller venues with a much more simple method.Yes 500 thousand to go on the road for one show. I think they would grow faster is they just went on the road with a small simple stage set and the camreas.


Noone would care as long as its on the road.

Other than taking the show on the road more, I wouldn't change anything.

TNA has marketing. So unless someone comes up with a detailed marketing plan that works within (what we can assume) is TNA's actual budget...then STFU about marketing. Its one of those terms people like to toss out without knowing what it means and as if 'good marketing' just magically happens and the money to reach the masses comes out of thin air. If any of you DO know the secrets to mass marketing and know of that GOOD marketing team some of you keep referring to (without providing names and resumes), then I am sure you could actually be a billionaire because I am sure there are companies out there dying for you to give them this elusive list.

How would I fix TNA? Simple. Everything from the ground up is re-examined.

1. The company will not longer be called "TNA". It will be called "Impact!".

2. 4 PPV's per year.

3. Only 5 titles. WHC,TV,KO,Tag,X.

4. Mike Tenay and Taz replaced as commentators.

5. Dale Oliver fired. The web team fired.

6. Elimination of the hard cam. TNA will be shot like the first season of NXT.

7. Flagship show "ReAction".

8. No more on-air authority figures. None. Zero.

9. Christy Hemme replaced as ring announcer.

10. Address the whole "Raw Is War" stage setup and make it unique. Pro wrestling has been presented far too long with the same setup. Something new is needed.

And then of course the mandatory firings: Tenay, Taz, Hemme, Velvet Sky Tara, Garrett Bischoff, Wes Brisco, Brooke Hogan, and all the Gut Check winners/losers (except:York, Ryan, and Hendrix). Mr. Anderson and RVD would have to go as well in order to clear up some money and I honestly feel those two guys best days are behind them and there is not much left in the tank.

I would then hire: Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Colt Cabana, Kenny Omega, Brian Cage, Cheerleader Melissa, The Young Bucks, Michael Schiavello (commentator).

Simple make the biggest belt the World Champioship - and have it be an open weight Division like Pride Had.

Austin Aries can hold the World Championship & Cruiserweight title at the same time.

Problem I have is with the X-Division title. The Division isn't really defined. The TV Title has been played out they should have went with an internet championship.

Create simple logical storylines like Kurt Angle wants to be the World CHamp, Heavyweight Champ, and Crusierweight Champ all at the same time. Or Zema Ion starts packing on muscle and jumping weight classes.
