What TNA did incorrectly
1) Present faction as Jobbers
2) Have them beat up each and every week
3) Reveal Devon, Doc and Mike Knox as members
4) Ruin angle by all 3 above.
5) Sting
Now I'm a big Sting fan, but again due to his age it is unrealistic for him to take apart the entire Aces and 8s roster in the last impact.

6) Hogan
For about the same reasons as Sting. Him taking out the whole As&8s with one punch at BFG is plain dumb.

Damn, I thought this was going to be one of those things that actually analyzes continuity errors in the writing. That's too bad.

Booking mistakes = having the worst average viewership, house show and PPV figures since they got on Spike. Which they achieved,

Well obviously since January 4, 2010, it has been the collective viewership, which is what matters.
If a guy is playing music on the street with a tip jar out, do you think it is in his best interest, and the best interest of the passing people that he play good music?

Probably not making MCMG the tag team champions in their first shot back.

Alex Shelleys contract was coming up for renewal. If they'd have put the belts on them you would have had a wrestler soon to be out of contract holding one of your titles. On an idiot would have one of their champions without a contract.
Like they did with Devon for example.

Re: TNA Booking mistakes 2012/2013
I'd say the general booking of James Storm was TNA's biggest mistake of 2012. The guy was the hottest face in the company and TNA's turned him into a total loser. I don't like to say that guys are beyond saving, but TNA's going to have a serious road ahead at making this guy credible again.
Not only does he come up short in his big title rematch with Roode in his hometown, but he looked like a giant fool in losing. First because he had his shot at escaping and refused, then he lost because he kicked Roode out of the cage. Then when he comes back, gets a 20 point head start in the BFG series, loses in the semi finals, now granted he lost because of Roode, but that should've happened only in the finals, and beats Roode at BFG. That was the only good thing that happened to Storm all year.
But then, TNA fucks it up by having Storm win a title shot, put it on the line against Roode days later, which the announcers made sure to point out that Roode played Storm like a fiddle, then he lost to Roode. Now he's barely been a factor on Impact since.

Eh, maybe if they were given the titles he would've chosen to re-new.
