Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

Give me an introductory feud to bring the Young Bucks(Gen Me) back to TNA.

They were shafted non-stop last time out. Faces one week, heels the next week, one week with Tara, next week feuding against each other, following week after that on the same team again... it was a disaster.

Nobody can question their talents, and I actually really like them in the heel roles. Matt, in particular, can play an excellent heel. His in-ring work changes dramatically when he's in a heel role, and does a great job of getting the crowd to support the face opposition.

Anyways... yeah, book an introductory feud that would make an impact and not screw these guys over like last time.

--

Note: They are not signed with TNA, just thinking aloud after their tweet yesterday saying their wish for 2013 is to be in an ImpactWrestling match with Daniels and Kaz.

P.S.: Daniels/Kaz could help these guys to be the next elite heel team in TNA for many years to come. Would also not mind seeing them with Bobby Roode in a small 3 man stable. Would go along with their selfish generation thing.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

The fact that Russo is gone from TNA gives me some faith they might book them PROPERLY this time. If they come back, of coruse. But TNA needs to let them wrestle for PWG, they rule the house over there.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

Considering how they were treated last time they were in TNA and that pretty much everyone responsible for them being booked that way is still there, doubt much would change. Except they wouldn't be on PWG shows while sitting at home waiting to be squashed by Eric Bischoff and a random mid-carder.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

don't know if tna management would want them back they were said to have backstage attitude issues, RVD said in an interview that they had problems with him i think. I'd definately bring them back as face not heel because there heel work sucked, did you see there feud with motor city machine guns op, there matches were good but promos sucked, i hated them when they were with tara as well.

theres not many teams in tna at the moment so its very hard to pick a team for them to feud, i'd probably say kaz and daniels and have them win the belt aswell dont think they ever won the titles, and your bobby roode stable suggestion you said would never work, these 2 guys don't look highly intimidating to start, no ones gonna buy a stable of 2 cruiserweights and think they can dominate guys like bully ray, matt morgan etc, and add to the fact these two are high flyer style wrestlers so don't think it would really work in a stable with bobby roode

Yes, I saw that and have seen lots of their work outside of TNA. They're in their 20s and improving, they've gotten better in the past year and a half as well. Performers improve.

Why do they need to be "domating guys like Bully Ray and Matt Morgan?" Did you just purposely pick two of the biggest guys as an example to illustrate your point? Nobody believes Christopher Daniels can "dominate Bully Ray" or that Kazarian can "dominate Matt Morgan." It's not about domination.

Anyways, that was just a suggestion of mine since the three of them have history, Roode would not be overshadowed because they are not on his level, and it would establish them as major players. Suddenly, it wouldn't be the two teeny boppers coming back to fly around the ring. It would be an extension of the Selfish Generation and Roode bringing in two, young egomaniacs that fit his gimmick as well.

Open to anything, really. I just want them back in TNA and would like to hear some good ideas about how to re-introduce them. Face, heel, whatever.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

Gen me we booked like crap when they were in tna last time than again russo is gone now so They did say in an interview the one with Joey Ryan that they were open to a tna return, well I'm pretty sure they did..A feud between them and Bad influence would be awesome.

well thats what i believe a stable should be, you don;t have to be the biggest guys but you have to at least seem like tough guys, and i don't think generation me represents that, stables are meant to look very strong and sometimes unstoppable, i mean would fans think for example aces and eights as a very strong stable if they were packed with 5 cruiserweights wrestlers in the stable? thats why people don't give a shit about stables such as 3mb, and care about the shield and aces and eights. I dont know maybe the stable could work i agree with not overshadowing Bobby Roode, i think Bobby roode and kaz and daniels would work great in a stable however.

I'd rather they stay in PWG putting on classics then jobbing to Chavo/Hernandez.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

Not too overkill on the IWC cliches but Generation Me are a couple of vanilla midget spot monkeys...the only reason to re-hire them would be to bulk up the tag division/X-division and give them a couple of jobbers. They had some decent matches with MCMG but there must be better tag teams out there. If you're going to rebuild the tag division and try getting it to 09/10's level bringing in teams like GenMe will do nothing to get there.

Re: Book Gen Me/Young Bucks in TNA

As of now, the best thing would be to debut Gen Me as 2 masked members of Aces and Eights.

Or, form a stable with Velvet Sky.
