I can tell you one thing. If he was planning on signing with the WWE he wouldn't even be mentioning the TNA in this interview. He's either going to ROH or TNA with TNA being the most likely. Let's also not forget that he was contacted by John Ace about resigning with the company only to be shafted and ignored which made him bitter towards them.

He won't be going to the WWE. I doubt they were the other company to contact him.

Yeah he was sure one of the original three that attacked Sting when the angle started but I think he was only used a few times since. So I don't think it's a slam dunk he's in it but I think it's likely. He still wasn't signed up until last month but it sounds like he might have inked some sort of deal with TNA in the last week or so.
