Personally, I'd bring back the six-sided ring. I know that a lot of people hate it and thought it was just a gimmick, and I can understand that. However, I think it added to TNA getting it's own distinct image, and it made for some more fast-paced matches.

Talent/charisma draws. Not size.

What attention? Ratings are the same as they ever were, if not down. PPV buyrates are a joke. Almost the only place you'll find TNA merch is on TNA's site or their shows.

Honestly, the "Big Names" aren't earning their keep.

Really, it's official.

Things Impact must do to succeed*
[X] Hogan & Bischoff leaves TNA for good
[ ] All of the "Ring Oldies" retire from the ring
[X] Russo goes away
[?] Prichard-Lagana goes away
[ ] Gaburick is history
[ ] Impact implements a meaningful Drug Policy
[X] Impact brings back 6 sides
[ ] Impact leaves the IZ forever *sigh*
[ ] Impact records only one episode per week

*Time to be rid of the last of the trash, namely Dixie Carter.

1. We don't know their buys
2. It's all about improving marketing and gaining awareness. You see a shitload of people in Hardy and Hogan shirts and FIRE them?
It's about using what you have. And ironically, the low ratings are around the time of guys like Roode and Aries holding the top championship. You're not gonna get anywhere much firing marketable names. It's simple: You have the marketable names. You use them to promote your shows. And when their attention is caught because of them, they might get interested in some of the newer guys that are there as well. That's ALWAYS been their strategy. Most of TNA fans wouldn't be here without names like Jeff Hardy, Jeff Jarrett, and Sting being mentioned in the show. I found out about TNA because of Jarrett, and found out about these other guys like Styles and Daniels. And also, you're pretty trying to go with the whole 6 sides claim that it gives them some sort of "identity". It does. It's called Indy playground. They're past that. Resorting to a ring shape as an identity is pretty much desparation to signify your own. It's all about the in ring action that gives identity. Nothing more.
Fire Hogan and Bischoff ASAP: He's off TV so Easy E is fine. Hogan, like I've mentioned needs to be marketed correctly. He needs to talk about TNA any chance he gets and make it seem like a big deal as whatever else he's on the show for.
Side-note: 35 year-old Hardy is an oldie? What about York and Roode? And Aries?

1. AJ Styles needs to be the face of the company, Roode as the heel of course, the guy pretty much plays his role to perfection.

2. I'd give Bully Ray at least one title run though, as a heel of course.... James Storm would be baby face number. The leader of aces and 8's needs to be revealed soon and I'd have this person involved as well. Angle also.... and possibly Matt Morgan (the guy sucked, but in his current role he's actually pretty good).

3. Back to point 2, Aces and 8's motivation and leader would be revealed soon, I like the angle and it's the first time Devon has had been involved in anything interesting in his 20 year career. Even more emphasis on the tag divison, with Daniels and Kaz as champs, perhaps Bischoff and Brisco could be used as jobbers to feed wins to the more talented teams.

4. The main event is in a good spot, so more emphasis on the tag divison, which has some good teams already, they just need a few more so the matches are just repeats of repeats. The X-divison could be the next step, it just seems like it's something that will never truly get over with the main stream audiences.

5. As for marketing, save money by not buying any more former WWE stars (let alone WCW) for a start. TNA has enough former legends, adding one or two more won't change anything.

6. Use Hulk Hogan for marketing, even if it means diminishing his commissioner role. This guy is biggest name to ever come out of wrestling (arguable with the Rock I suppose), hate him or love him, he is a celebrity and he will attract attention. An occasional celebrity may not be a bad thing either, and by that, I mean go the comedy route, don't get some guy from a fighting league that nobody has ever heard about.

1. AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Kurt Angle, Sting/Bully Ray since I don't think Sting is a full timer anymore.
2. Samoa Joe (Just get in better shape), Magnus (return with more intensity, main event push), Bully Ray, with Kenny King, James Storm, Daniels, and Joey Ryan in purgatory.
3. Aces & Eights have taken the right amount of time, but we should have had more people revealed by now! It's so fucking slow, we only have two members and no development! I'm okay with a long term, intriguing storyline that keps us interested, as long as it develops. We should have somebody with a bit of a bigger name revealed by now, at least somebody who mid-carded in WWE, or something. It feels more like a soap opera with wrestling if you keep this going, which is what TNA is supposed to be. Just get slightly more edgy. Kenny King with a long run with the X-Division title, maybe a feud with AJ down the road could be interesting.
4. Add more prestige to the mid card titles. TNA just looks flawed with the X-Division title and the TV title which nobody gives a damn about. Tag team ATM can go up seriously if Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan get to the titles, and if Shelley comes back, the division is bank.
5. One more one-hour show on Saturday Afternoon that adds more exposure to the talented roster and mid-card, maybe a pure X-Division show? The X-Division is what really got TNA on the map.
6. The company is now at a point where they've got some awareness, it's just the WWE smarks that think WWE is better, and that TNA is unprofessional; WE CAN'T GIVE THEM THAT IDEA WITH A SHITTY PRODUCT. The product is more important than drawing. We can do an iMpact not in Orlando, and go to a different place that is big on wrestling, and give out free tickets at the door and attempt to get 10,000 viewers. Don't attempt to directly compete with RAW, but just make sure it's a good product. We've got all the time in the world, and are not going under if we do this properly.

What is the "core values of TNA Wrestling"? The promotion is built of ex WWE wrestlers. Just read Jerry Jarrett's book. The core value is "if we half stars from the 90s people will watch because wrestling in the 2000s sucks".

The core value is, TNA is there just to do what diesel guys don't like, damn shame. I wish HHH, and Nash, and HBK, and Ryback, and Punk would come save TNA too. Really TNA sucks bad, and if Vinnie Mac let someone go you know that means they gotta suck, because he's pretty much god. TNA is just the worst, like, when I watch it, it's just the worst. Why? Why do I watch it you say? I don't know, maybe because I'm bored, and have nothing better to do than watch shows I don't like (or secretly do like), and go on to sites filled with fans of the shows, and try to piss them off by saying I'm just trying to be helpful. Is that it? Fuck I shouldn't be such an idiot/loser.

Have you finished your outburst? Good. You still haven't contributed to the question I asked. TNA's core value is putting the belt on a Jeff Jarrett or a Sting or a Rob Van Dam or a Kurt Angle. TNA has always been built around a former WWE or WCW star.
