Re: Official Final Resolution 2012 Discussion

Very dissapointing PPV. I expected much better event, the card was promising, the previous impact shows wer'e great but this PPV didn't made to the expectaions.
2 first matches were pretty boring, King VS RVD is the most predictible match of the year, and Storm - Kaz match wasn't really neccesary.
The Aces VS team angle match was pretty good compraing to previous AAE matches.
AJ - Daniels was the best match of the evening but it could have been much better. The build up to the match was so big, I expected to see a war between this two but in the end we got a solid match, but not even close to the wonderful matches that this two had in the past (like I Quit match and Last Man Standing).
The main event was very week like this entire feud. They are ending a main event with signature move? really?

Daniels/Styles: Great match. Extremely predictable Daniels victory but still MOTN. For 1 second i really thought styles was going to hit that top rope styles clash. The counter was amazingly executed. And winning with the Aj's move was brilliant. I'm extremely interested in styles character now.

Bully/Aries. Loved that match. Aries is clearly the best in tna right now. I was okay with the low blow, it's just the beginning of this story.

Hardy/Roode. Hated the first part but liked the second half. That brutal spot, and the spear really made the match.

I didn't like the rest of the show. Extremely disappointed with RVD/K.King.

I was absolutely disgusted by the people cheering for alcohol and alcoholism.

Re: Official Final Resolution 2012 Discussion

Just finished watching thru and have to say I was kind of disappointed with the ppv. Styles/Daniels was great even with the bad crowd but Aries/Bully had that meh finish, Roode/Hardy was just kind of there and everything else was boring to bad.

TNA Final Resolution 2012 Review:

James Storm vs. Kaz *3/4 (Not bad by any means but they clearly held back and the purpose of the match was getting the crowd hot for the rest of the night and it was fine for what it was)

TNA X Division Championship
Rob Van Dam vs. Kenny King **1/4 (RVD was pretty awful here, King looked good, shit finish)

TNA Tag Team Championship
Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez vs. Joey Ryan & Matt Morgan **1/4

Austin Aries vs. Bully Ray ***1/4

TNA Knockouts Championship
Tara vs. Mickie James **3/4

Aces & Eights vs. Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Garrett Bischoff, & Wes Briscoe **1/4

Christopher Daniels vs. AJ Styles ***3/4+

Bobby Roode vs Jeff Hardy with better finish could've been 4* match for me. Sadly the way the match ended ruined the match for me, but still great ***1/2 match.

Overall enjoyable show but I exepcted more from some matches.

I detect Sarcasm from the dude with Charlie Sheen avatar and sig...

I just finished watching this event and it did have some decent matches but I think my zoning in and out of TNA really affects my enjoyment of the PPVs. I didn't like Hardy winning with the Twist of Fate just on the mat, I know they showed how much the Swanton hurt but I'd sooner see him hurt and win by a roll up than the TOF if I'm honest.

Sons of Anarchy has finished now, isn't it time to end Aces & Eights? 6 months is a long time in wrestling, and it doesn't seem to be ending soon. Did Brisco save his friend from being hit with a hammer by spearing him?

I can't even recall a blow to the face that would have justified such juicing. Aries went to the corner with Brooke, and ten seconds later Bully turns around just completely covered in his own blood.
