Completely agreed. Fuck the grappling, we've seen them doing math so many times already, just lock them inside the cage, and let them devastate each other silly. Hopefully they pull something off, though.

Totally agreed. Random Cage matches to end mini feuds is much cooler than a ppv with every match inside a cage.

There's gonna be at least one cage in UK, though. Hopefully between Magnus and DOC.

Re: Official Final Resolution 2012 Discussion

With 7 matches on the card and Storm injured(when it looked like he would face Kazarian), I don't see them adding an impromptu match that makes sense. So how about giving AJ/Daniels more than 20 minutes to try and top their Last Man Standing Match? And more time to Aries/Ray III and Roode/Hardy VI would be nice.

It certainly would freshen things up for the two.

This is gonna be the 17th Styles vs Daniels match in TNA. If it really will be the "final" then cementing it in a cage would be fine. Although, it was founded on a wrestling aspect only. So I get that too. Only reason they had the gimmick matches this year was to suit the "destroying of AJ's life" with Claire Lynch angle.

Re: Official Final Resolution 2012 Discussion

AJ Styles ~ 12
Christopher Daniels ~ 2
Draw ~ 2

Styles beat Daniels by DQ once out of those 12. The other matches were all pinfall or win via gimmick stipulation. Nobody is shocked by this information.

Re: Official Final Resolution 2012 Discussion

They were recent too.

9/1/11 & 2/9/12.

Took him over 6 years to get his first win. NOT COOL.

I remember one of them was on their UK tour after AJ messed up the springboard move. Can't remember the other one.
