In all honesty I have to disagree with you here. I mean Compton is better in Charisma I'll admit, but in terms of in-ring work, nothing stands out to me for Compton, let alone Wayne. Nothing about him strikes me as a 'big time player' to me. I mean he's big and tanned, thats about it for me. Maybe if he spends MUCH MORE TIME in OVW it could be possible, but right now? I dont see anything special about Wayne.

But I can see Compton on TNA properly someday, given the right time of course, which isn't now imo.

I think they need to add more quality, well-known workers from the indies to help get OVW over and strengthen the farm system. Also they should do the same for the women down there.

Olivencia is a good hand but there are more deserving guys on the indys and Japan: Brian Cage, TMDK (Haste & Nicholls), Kenny Omega with real star quality. I like Wayne's current character, I think it would translate nicely on the big screen a disgruntled war hero who feels he doesn't get the respect he deserves for protecting out freedom. I think he would be an ideal partner to team with Gunner if the Kid Kash team doesn't work out.

Compton had a good character but he just can't keep me interested for more than a month at a time.

I wouldn't mind that idea of Wayne & Gunner teaming up, just as long as he doesn't have the attitude gimmick he has in OVW right now, its beyond irrirating, and not in the way they want him to be. More like X-Pac/Big Boss Man Heat than anything.

Wayne is probably the best talent there at this moment, his new heelish persona is amazing and his in ring work is very consistent. Olivencia doesn't have a character, he could be a decent x division talent but that's about it... I really don't see where all this praise comes from. Also Chris Silvio is very similar to Olivencia but with more charisma/character.
