I wasn't aware that this is the case. If that's correct, then yeah, Kash should be disciplined. Hell, get rid of him, it's not like he offers anything substantial to the company. He is an expendable commodity.
Incidents like this also don't do TNA's tainted image any favours. They need to distance themselves from this kind of controversy.
