So, Rob Terry looks like a main eventer, too?! I don't think so.

The guy has a great physique, wide as fuck, HUGE arms, 7-8% bodyfat max, nice muscle bellies, lookin thick, solid, tight (miscers will get that reference lol), could do with a bit more legs considering his size though and his hip genetics aren't all that but still better looking than most wrestlers not named Rob Terry. Not really a fan of him though, his mic work seemed VERY forced, it's like some average dude with nice mic skills immitating a charismatic guy and not to mention, he is 35 years old so I'm not sure if he can grow within 5 years to something accomodable. There's far more to wrestling than just having a great physique.

Way too soon to say anything about York's mic skills, judging by some "youtube promos" the guy is a natural talker but being on live tv for the first time is no joke.

If Terry was better in the ring, he would be in the main-event scene.

I like the guy; solid worker, good look, a veteran and has impressed me the most on gut check. Fuck age, some people get their break later than others; if TNA sees him as a commodity than I won't complain.

Then he might be good on day one.
Back in the day that is how look it took to make it to a major promotion.
The wrestlers were a lot more sound, if you asked me.

worthy of a shot. 16 years on the indies, bet this guy is beat up as fuck. You can bet your bottom dollar he will give this opportunity 110%. He's probably in a gym now pumping iron as we speak. He could be the next monster heel!

I find it interesting to see that people here (and on TV) say York never got a shot.

He was signed by WCW.

Signed with WWE sent to ECW. Then with Memphis Championship Wrestling in WWE Developmental.

Wrestling with TNA in the early years when they were in the asylum in Nashville.

Now he never received a major push or anything but he has had developmental shots. I'm all for him being on the TNA roster. Not sure how they'll use him (I just hope they don't sent him to OVW that would be crazy)

Hopefully he appearss on Impact again soon.

What kind of an ignoramous type question is that? OF COURSE he looks like a maineventer. Everything about Rob Terry when you first look at him screams mainevent guy, that is until he opens his mouth or the bell rings.
