I wouldn't be surprised if that were true. I mean TNA did let Hardy go out there at Victory Road 2011.

But the Victory Road match was basically called off/turned into a squash match. Not sure how he can prove that: 1. TNA management are fuckheads. or/and 2. Jeff was high when he wrestled Scott.

He would have to prove that TNA management knew Hardy was high/drunk and sent him out anyway and I have to imagine that will be hard.

I think his other lawsuit might be getting ready to get thrown out and he may be trying for either an easier case or for TNA to settle both to get it over with.

Is there even ANY proof Steiner wrestled Hardy EVER? Other than a 6 man tag, which Jeff seemed completely fine in, I don't see Steiner's case.
