Scott Steiner lawsuit alleges Jeff Hardy was drunk and possibly under the influence..

Quote:

Scott Steiner filed a new lawsuit against TNA for allowing Jeff Hardy to wrestle under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs. Steiner claims he suffered nerve damage in his shoulder as a result of Hardy's "reckless, drunken wrestling," according to NashvilleCityPaper.com. Steiner is seeking $750,000 in damages, including the loss of consortium for his wife.
He must be wanting a new Steiner Recliner

I wouldn't be surprised if that were true. I mean TNA did let Hardy go out there at Victory Road 2011.

Boy you never want to say a lawsuit is a slam-dunk, but......

*Talks about Hardy's legal troubles and past
*Shows Victory Road 2011
*Shows montage of Jeff Hardy face paints
*Shows Jeff Hardy promos
"Your honor the plaintiff rests."

How the hell can he prove that? At what match did he suffer that "injury"?

But the Victory Road match was basically called off/turned into a squash match. Not sure how he can prove that: 1. TNA management are fuckheads. or/and 2. Jeff was high when he wrestled Scott.

He would have to prove that TNA management knew Hardy was high/drunk and sent him out anyway and I have to imagine that will be hard.

I think his other lawsuit might be getting ready to get thrown out and he may be trying for either an easier case or for TNA to settle both to get it over with.

Is there even ANY proof Steiner wrestled Hardy EVER? Other than a 6 man tag, which Jeff seemed completely fine in, I don't see Steiner's case.
