Re: C'mon Jeff...Again
Im okay with it. Its not a surprise, but the two should be able to come up with some creative spots. Austin aries is lazy, and I think he will be able to make up for Hardys slacking efforts.

Jeff Hardy without ladders or tables is nothing.

More or less.
The fact it's a match type which Jeff is more comfortable with, there's been more solid build with a clearer dynamic between Aries and Hardy, not to mention Aries being consistently good-great with his PPV matches this year means this has all the tools to be better than the BFG main event, which wasn't exactly a bad match either.

Re: C'mon Jeff...Again
Just an interesting fact...this is the 9th Turning Point event. The world title was on the line in 5 of those other 8 PPVS and never changed hands.
For the record, Jarrett retained against Rhino (2005); Sting retained against AJ (2008); AJ retained against Joe and Daniels (2009); Hardy retained against Morgan (2010) and Roode retained against AJ last year.
Turning point? Not so much.

Re: C'mon Jeff...Again
How can a ladder match with Jeff be unique and something new when he has had what seems like over twenty.Yeah he is going to do some crazy spots but he does that all the time and its boring.

Because he never wrestled Aries in a ladder match.Did you see the intensity of double A in BFG? Imagine he being that agressive but with a ladder. This match isn't just about Hardy. Last time i checked it takes two to dance.

Maybe Jeff should defend his title each week in ladder matches against opponents his never faced before in this match type, that should make it feel fresh.

Do you really think anyone should defend the title on a weekly basis? That doesn't even work for the TV title. And if you're going to ignore the fact, that fans might actually want to see Aries in a ladder match, and that the opponent and the story might add something different to what you call "hardy's ladder match" then you better not even watch wrestling, because everything has been done before, at least for your standards.

I was being sarcastic there as for the ladder match yes it would be cool to see Aries in this type of match and he will bring a lot to it but this is a gimmick match and jeff has had way too many and i cannot get excited by this. i would love to be proved wrong and see if they can bring something new to this type of match.
