Expected to be honest BFG wasnt promoted that well at all

pretty rubbish tbh - is a shame as it was a good show and I just don't know what it will take for them to get the buyrates up as TNA has been great lately

Re: Early Word On TNA Bound For Glory PPV Buys

"According to reports" not a bad number at all if you look at TNA's reality in 2012.
From a business standpoint the best thing this year was Slammiversary going from 7,000 to 15,000.

Right Now, TNA has 3 major ppvs: Lockdown, Slammiversary and BFG.
They need to push another ppv into this picture, maybe Destination X or Genesis.

The reason why we don't get fresh ideas and promotions rising in American Pro Wrestling is because the majority of the community is happy with the same old shit and will reject any chance of change. There is a risk in doing new things, 9 times out of 10, it leads to 50+ pages of bitching and moaning. While business gets turned into a dictatorship and more and more out of touch. Support the indies, support New Pro Wrestling.

Re: Early Word On TNA Bound For Glory PPV Buys

Hence why they should use the likes of Hogan and Hardy as complete media bitches and send them out EVERY day to as many places as possible. Even if the radio show only has 1000 people listening to it, if they have nowhere bigger they can go to, then that's still 1000 new people that are introduced to the product. It is then down to the quality of the show that decides whether those 1000 people want to stay or not. Advertisement and promotion are the key aspects.

With Hogan's big story, you know, BFG had more promotion than ever before. This is not good.
