Elgin does need a mouthpiece but he would be a good addition to throw into the TV Title mix. He has potential for the main event down the road. Short of a manager, one could always pair him in a stable like group, perhaps with Daniels and Kaz where they could do the talking for him. O'Reilly and Cole are worth the long term investment, they could be paired together again for the short term and long term both have potential as singles competitors.
It's only too much because TNA has some fat in need of trimming, but they all are not coming and some of that fat won't be cut. As much as I'd love for them all to be there TNA should focus on Steen, O'Reilly and Cole and doing all they can to bring them in before the E does. Steen can deliver in the upper mid card today while they develop the other 2 for tomorrow.
