This seems to be the one and only reason.

Velvet had been the most popular original knockout by far. That's the reason why I definitely would not mind her to return to TNA, but it's just very unlikely. Horrible Tess Botchmacher will never ever be as popular as Velvet.

Sky just appeared on an FWE iPPV, so there's no chance of her still being under contract. So calm down, haters.

I've been thinking shes still with TNA for a bit now, Why is she allowed to use her TNA name "Velvet" on iPPV's? and start a fashion line with the name "Velvet"?, TNA own that name, they wouldn't just let her go and allow her to make money off her TNA name without including them..If shes really gone, why hasn't she gone back to her indy "Talia Madison" name yet?

Well, maybe they referred to her as Talia Madison or Jamie Szantyr on the actual event. It seems like they are allowed to advertise the former workers under their TNA names on their homepage. We all know, that Winter and Angelina Love are legit gone, but they are still on the page with their TNA names.
