- Bully Ray was the perfect opponent for Aries, at sacrifice.
Bully Ray was getting the hard sell towards the end of the tournament and he was the guy TNA made damn sure they were able to re-sign. We know they have the chemistry and could've made that feud/match amazing.

- Last time I checked everyone was going bananas before destination X saying "If TNA doesn't make AA champion, fuck this company! Roode vs Storm is too predictable".
I can promise you that EVERYONE wasn't saying that. I know a lot of people wanted Aries to be champion, myself among them, because TNA built him up perfectly for that match. Storm vs. Roode is happening anyway and this ENTIRE YEAR has been all about Storm getting his ultimate revenge on Roode and winning the title at BFG. Wrestling is inherently predictable anyway. The destination is almost always obvious, but the journey is what keeps us around and TNA has fucked up both of them for no real reason IMO.

- Let me be the one saying BFG isn't in orlando, you have to be a idiot not to use jeff hardy drawing power, specially if you are going into a zone you haven't been before.
Show me actual proof that Jeff Hardy is a powerhouse draw. I get that he sells merchandise, but show me the ratings when he's on Impact compared to when he's not. Show me house show attendance when he's there vs. when he's not. Selling merchandise doesn't mean you're a draw.

Claire Lynch, keeping the title on Devon and the whole Aces & Eights angle.

Go read some house show reports, hardy is pretty much responsible for getting most of the casual marks in but if you wanna play ping pong with me saying there's no objective proof, have fun. In the end of the day people are going to buy BFG tickets to watch Sting, Angle, Hogan and Hardy.

The biggest travesty of 2012 was Aries winning the world title. Talk about turning something that the show was built around became irrelevant and a foot note when Aries held it...

Lol @ the Aries title reign hate. Option C was a genius idea that adds prestige to Destination X and he was over as hell. There was no reason not to put the strap on Aries in an underdog win over the mega heel in Roode.

TNA managed to turn Aries into a true main eventer which was what he's been pining for kayfabe wise all along, back in his X-champ days. His story is just beginning as now he wants the recognition and spotlight that guys like Hardy have leading into BFG.

Everybody and their dog figured that Storm would win the BFG Series and beat Roode for the WHC. That would have been a terrible mistake to let it play out that way. Their feud, ever since Lockdown, became more than just about the belt. I was shocked that some people thought Lockdown should have been the feud closer between Storm/Roode. Absolutely no way!

It led to Storm taking time off to "rethink" while Aries and Roode had a hell of a feud. They have amazing chemistry together. Roode put Aries over twice which is magnificent for AA. Storm made clear when he returned that he was going to win the BFG Series and take back what belonged to him. But he also said that the WHC is business, and Roode was personal. That was a seed right there that should have clued people in that Storm had a snowball's chance in hell of actually winning the series. I was gunning for Joe/Aries at BFG and Roode/Storm in a grudge match but hey, I'll take what I can get.

TNA 2012 has been amazing with very minor negatives.

That storyline and Garrett are really the only major bad decisions this year. BIG improvement over the last couple years.

Of the things mentioned, the ones that stand out to me are Garrett Bischoff and Claire Lynch.

Its too bad for Garrett. If he had a different name, he might've been given a better chance. But nobody wanted to see Erik Watts circa 2012.

Claire Lynch... god that was awful. I feel so bad for AJ Styles for having been involved in that.

Clarie Lynch/AJ/Daniels/Kaz is worse than all of those except Katie Vick. Piggie James wasn't even a storyline. It was just WWE being pricks by making fun of Mickie.

I know this will sound funny but I hope Hardy out pops Aries at BFG, because if he doesn't, Jeff in the mainevent will seem so unjustified.
