"I'm a bigger fan!" sarcasm
It's not about being a bigger fan & I'm pretty sure that no one said that. But if you pay $40-50 for a mediocre show, you're going to be a lot less forgiving of it than people that watched it for free. The fact of the matter is, the majority of die-hard TNA defenders don't spend a dollar on the company. They stream or download every single Pay-Per-View & then go out of their way to tell others about how good/great it is. Well, if they paid for each of those shows, their opinions/viewpoints would probably vary a little bit more.
That was my point. I have nothing against anyone that either likes or dislikes TNA. I thought TNA was great leading up to the last Pay-Per-View & I paid for that show. That show left a bad taste in my mouth & the last couple of weeks the TV, in my opinion, has been lazy & lackluster as well. So I was not going to order the show tonight because of that. However, my friends coming over want to watch it & offered to pay for it among them, so I am hosting, doing dinner & they're paying for the show. If I had to pay tonight, I wouldn't watch.
It doesn't have anything to do with WWE either, before anyone tries to play that card. WWE TV has been bad too & it is hard for me to get any interested parties to split the bill on their Pay-Per-Views. We still watch big shows, like Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania, but all of the B-Show PPVs? No one cares.
