Re: Bound For Glory Discussion Thread
This is their biggest card of the year? Look, I'm happy for Aries, Storm and Roode, but what the hell are Jeff Hardy and Sting doing anywhere near the main event. Also, the three-way tag spot fest should be a sight to behold. This has a B show feeling, but if TNA booking stays out of it, the talent can make it an A show. As for Ryan and Snow, I'm not seeing money in it, but the match should be decent.

I think they're saving the big 4 on 4 match for Lethal Lockdown next year.

Except we don't know for sure these guys are on TV. I've heard that TNA use body doubles during the tv shows since it's cheaper and only use Gallows etc when they're needed. And beyond Gallows, Brisco and Knox we don't know who's in the team. Brisco might appear on the PPV and then attack Sting/Bully during to be revealed as a member. So that leaves Gallows and Knox for the tag.

Oh Lord @ Hogan and Van Dam. Hogan obviously can't go at this age hence he's just providing support from the sides, brother. RVD is someone I want nowhere near BFG too.
This does make me wonder, if there was any more than 2 on 2, who would TNA use? Anderson and RVD spring to mind, but I have no desire to see either man and I can't think of any other viable alternatives who are free. Maybe the 2 on 2 is more from neccessity than anything.

Does the storyline have the legs to go that far? I suppose it depends how things go post reveal of the leader, but my interest in it is already waning now.

Well, Hogan could throw few punches and do his thing, why not? People would be happy to see him. And I put BVD there simply because there's basically no one else.

Re: Bound For Glory Discussion Thread
I suppose, but I can see Hogan doing the exact same thing just being in Stings corner. The match will undoubtedly have some degree of fuckery and interference by A&8s members, to which Hogan and maybe a couple other members of the roster start clearing them out. Or maybe a post match leg drop for the pop. I think they're being really safe with Hogan lately, as shown by him getting the gentlest kidnapping ever a couple weeks back.
Van Dam might be facing Ion if the before the bell is to be believed as they were the only two saying they were "bound for glory" despite not having a match. But that would totally suck imo unless it leads to Ion "injuring" van dam long term.
Before the Bell vid was superb, too. I'd reccommend anyone who hasn't watched it to do so.

Ion might just issue an open challenge on the countdown show and RVD comes out and they have a match. I don't see RVD losing this because he just jobbed to Joe and it would be hard to believe he'll do it again. He's called "No Job Rob" for a reason. I could see Ion losing by DQ. Hopefully Ion gets a win over him.
This would be the perfect match to have on the countdown show. The match with the little to no build should be on that show.

Probably not and I pretty much agree but it's the only thing I can think of for Lethal Lockdown. I know it's several months away but still.
