-Last week on Impact, the Aces and 8s invited Hulk Hogan to come and meet with them face to face on their own turf, in their clubhouse. Hogan agreed to their demands before they brutally attacked Joseph Park. What will happen this Thursday on Impact? Will Hogan still enter enemy territory with Aces and 8s? Plus, we hope to find out the latest on Joseph Park's physical condition.

NEW TV CHAMPION TO BE CROWNED ON CHAMPIONSHIP THURSDAY!

“Championship Thursday” returns to Impact Wrestling on Spike TV this Thursday with an added wrinkle; there is no defending champion. Negotiations between TNA’s current TV Champion Devon and TNA have been ongoing over the last month and have reached an impasse. As of today, The TNA TV Championship last held by Devon is vacated. TNA hopes that Devon returns to the active roster in the future. A new TV champion will be crowned LIVE on Impact!

Usually, in the “Championship Thursday” format, four challengers meet with IMPACT WRESTLING GM Hulk Hogan and plead their case as to why they deserve the shot at the champion. This month, one of the four men is guaranteed to be the new TV Champion! The challengers selected to compete in this “Championship Thursday” are Samoa Joe, Garett Bischoff, Magnus and Mr. Anderson. Hulk will hear these men’s arguments why they should be the one to get the title shot and then Hogan will make the hard decision of which two will face off. Tune into Spike TV at 8pt/7ct this Thursday night to see a new champion crowned.

ALSO ON THURSDAY'S BROADCAST:

-Will "TNA Gut Check" prospect Evan Markopolous earn a contract and a spot on the TNA roster? The newcomer faces the judging trio of Bruce Prichard, Al Snow, and Taz on this broadcast.

-TNA World Champion Austin Aries and Jeff Hardy will both appear on Thursday's telecast. Less than 3 weeks to go from their TNA World Title Match at Bound For Glory, what will happen next in this developing rivalry between the champ and the BFG Series winner?

- All this and much more on Thursday's IMPACT WRESTLING on SpikeTV LIVE at 8/7c, including the latest news of the "Bound For Glory" Pay-Per-View event!
I'm highly anticipating seeing Hogan "enter enemy territory." I'm looking for it to be one of the most over-the-top acted, unintentionally funny yet entertaining segments on Impact this year.

I'm all for Joe vs. Magnus to decide the new TV Champion. No matter the outcome they will most likely have a rematch at Bound For Glory which I wouldn't mind because this feud should get some time to build in a couple of matches and promos.

Storm & Roode had a fun brawl last week and I can see that match with a gimmick/stipulation being added to the card.

I'm intrigued for what is next for Bully Ray after pinning the World Heavyweight Champion last week. He's not officially in the World Title match at BFG but he's very much involved as the antagonist in the middle of the Hardy/Aries build.

I used Winamp and a plugin called Chronotron to unalter the voices as much as possible. Here's the results:

First Masked Guy

Second Masked Guy

Second Masked Guy is clearly Eric Bischoff, with not an ounce of doubt. The more interesting question is, whose voice does First Masked Guy belong to? The audio's been sped up slightly, so keep that in mind when trying to figure it out.

Don't take too much stock in who the voices are coming from right now. Its all cover up to have alot of guys working. I'm sure D-Lo, Eric, and probably some guys from the roster are filling in right now. Until their masks are taken off, no guarantee.

Show was good for me until they pulled out the knife. A weapon like that is just too much for me. I'd been ok with all of them pulling put pipes or bats, but a knife/gun shouldn't be used ever in a wrestling show.

I have a bad feeling we might get Joe vs Anderson with Magnus costing Joe the belt. Really don't want Anderson wrestling every week. I guess Ray's probably going to petition for a way into the title match/ wind Aries up more to make him angry at Jeff. If all we get is Ray/Aries and Jeff going "Yeah!" for another week idk if I'd be happy or not. On the one hand you'd get a good promo but you wouldn't really get a lot from Jeff. On the other hand I don't really mind Jeff not talking much. Hoping for Joey Ryan to appear during the Gut Check judging again too since I'd like him vs Al Snow at BFG. Plus there's Roode/Storm which will be good. Expecting a pretty solid episode overall.

I'd mark if Hogan entered the clubhouse and screamed "THERES NO HULKAMANIACS HERE" too :side:

I'm actually hoping they play up Joe's "injured" arm at the hands of Magnus. Hogan should put Joe over for his impressive run in the BFGS and say he thought Joe might have won it all had it not been for the Mag Daddy jacking up his arm. Put Joe over as the most deserving based on his summer run in the BFGS (beating Angle/AJ/Bully and Magnus). And since Joe is still not 100% he is going to eliminate Joe first BUT Joe is going to get the first crack at the new TV champion at BFG and for Joe to go home and continue to let the arm heal.

Then eliminate Garrett. Setting up the Asshole vs the Mag Daddy, with Magnus winning dirty (I'd expect a handful of tights/feet on the ropes/low blow kinda finish).

Tonight the Championship Thursday segments will be good because Mr. Anderson will be involved, which is why I want him as TV Champ. Will be interesting to see the dynamic between him, Magnus (who can talk as well which we haven't seen much of), and Samoe Joe (whose a lame ass and has no business talking. If Anderson gets voted off first and not Garrett... I will butt fuck my tv.

Well we know Magnus/Joe will be at BFG so you'd think one of them would win the title and there's a lot of ways this can play out.

The interesting thing about Anderson is that I thought he'd be on the team that would vs. The Aces and 8s. I'm pretty sure he'll compete at BFG, but who knows.

A three way between Maqnus/Joe/Anderson seems like a possibility in that whoever the third guys gets left out tonight, will interfere. Either way, Magnus/Joe will face each other in some type of match at BFG and it will be over the tv title, only question is if Anderson will be involved.

Also I'm starting to wonder about Team TNA vs Aces and 8s and if it will actually happen...

Aside from Sting, who would be on the team? Hogan can't wrestle a decent match, but we know he'll be there. Then Bully may be in a 3 way for title, RVD seems to be an irrelevant name they can throw in, Abyss could go either way, and Matt Morgan could go either way (W/ or against TNA.)

TNA = Unpredictability still matters :)

Fortunately the Thursday Night Football game isn't that interesting to me (Ravens Vs. Browns) so I'll be checking out Impact.

- I really really REALLY wish they had Devon drop the TV Title before he left. It seems really dumb that they didn't do that, especially since they knew his contract was coming up. He's a vet that is generally good natured so I think he would have understood, right? Anyways, I think we can all tell that it is going to be either Magnus or Joe that wins it and that will be the TV Title feud for BFG.

- Hopefully the Hogan/As&Es stuff comes off well because that could be a disaster.

- And here's hoping we hear more on the card for BFG. Hopefully Roode/Storm is made official.

lol, TNA grammar sucks

-TNA World Champion Austin Aries and Jeff Hardy will both appear on Thursday's telecast. Less than 3 weeks ago from their TNA World Title Match at Bound For Glory, what will happen next in this developing rivalry between the champ and the BFG Series winner?
