In fact he's a bigger douche now than he was during his roode/bully ray feud but hey he's the current champ so it's time to look for the next IWC lover.

Nobody is a strong champion after their first title defense, Austin Aries is exactly where Roode was before facing Hardy. Great champions are MADE with TIME, feed hardy and angle to him and then you will see him evolve.

As long as he doesn't lose the belt to Jeff Hardy, which is at least 50/50, I don't mind. Whoever is heading Ace's and 8's will be feuding for the title, I imagine.
