Personally, I think Bully would be a good option. I think he's gimmick of being bully would work perfectly with the television title as it would allow for him to pick on someone new every week. A few months ago I came up with the concept of "Geek of the Week" where Bully would beat the shit out of some indy or TNA jobber geek. The only problem I see with Bully becoming TV champion is it looks like TNA may have bigger plans for him.
The second guy I think would be great as TV champion is Magnus. He has so much potential and talent that it's a waste that he's rarely on TV, or when he is on TV he's jobbing to RVD. The TV title can helps him get the attention he deserves.
Another guy would be the Pope, but he's injured. It's a shame because the guy was so hot two years ago and I think the TV title could have gave him some momentum.
I forgot to mention Samoa Joe. He's another guy I think would do great with the title. It could help with his feud with Magnus if they're even still feuding.
Bully to me is too great for the tv title now, it's the big belt or nothing. The tv title should be for guys who aren't quite ready for the big title or aren't involved near the top. Magnus, Pope, Doug Williams, EY, Robbie, Kenny King, Kid Kash, Gunner, Chavo, Hernandez, Kaz, Daniels, maybe sprinkle in Joe or RVD for a more credible division.
Bully would be the perfect guy to hold the title because he can make fun of Devon (the outgoing champion) for not being with the company anymore.
If they book the TV title correctly, the TV title and World title divisions can easily be interchangeable. One minute, a guy is in the TV title picture, the next minute he's in the World title picture, and vise versa.
Stupid TNA should be retiring the title since they best champion ever is leaving the company in Devon but since they aren't during that then Garrett Bischoff!
I could see Bully with the title if they want to re-establish it for a month or two while Aries/Hardy feud for the world title and if he isn't behind Aces & 8s to have something to do until he goes back into the main event scene. Otherwise I'd give it to another over heel while they build up a good face to have a run with it. Daniels would be a great choice if he wasn't already the tag champs as he is loaded with personality, can always get the fans against him and can make almost anyone look good.
Mr Anderson and preferably as a heel. Of all the people listed aside from Bully, the title is just a title. We've seen Robbie as tv champ, as well as others, and there just isn't any importance.
I'd like to see Gunner get a push, but not by just becoming tv champ. Mr Anderson is a talker so he can make any feud fun, especially as a heel. The mainevent scene is pact at the moment and Mr Anderson is a big name that can get some prestige back in the title. It's difficult because all his potential opponents are heels like Magnus, Gunner, Crimson, Robbie etc but I'd be interested to see how they manage.
Have RVD run with the TV belt (and reference to once being TV champ for almost two years). Build up a Magnus or a Joey Ryan to take it off of him after a fighting reign as champion.
Edit:
I also wouldn't mind Samoa Joe getting it to put more steam into his and Magnus' feud (or viceversa).
Or even use it as a means to reestablish Douglas Williams.

Well being a Bully fan I'm inclined to say him but I just think they should do away with the belt altogether. It's pretty much meaningless IMO. Much rather see him in the x division/ heavyweight race instead.
Magnus winning it would be nice imo, plus he's improved a lot as a worker so I'd enjoy seeing him wrestle every week. Could add something extra to the feud with Joe too, give him something he can use to say why he's better than Joe etc etc.
Bully if he didn't already seem destined for higher things would have also been a fine choice.
Oh god no. I have to disagree. Until the Aces & 8s reveal themselves and get actual personality, it would be a terrible choice to put it on one of them.
I would love to see TNA put the Belt on Magnus. He is a good in ring performer and has exelent mic skills. In my opinion Magnus is one of the best heels TNA have and is up ther with guys like Bully Ray and Bobbie Roode.
I think, for right now, make the Magnus/Samoa Joe feud be over the title. It'll add legitimacy to the belt. Guys like Douglas Williams, Crimson, Kid Kash, Bully Ray, Matt Morgan, and D'Angelo Dinero would be good for the belt.
I agree with whoever posted that the World and Television divisions could be interchangeable. When Bully Ray, for example, is not specifically involved with the world title feud, he can be fighting for this belt. I'd love to see guys like Christopher Daniels and Kazarian hold the belt as well. Guys like these can really bring a sort of prestige for the belt, and if already established main eventers are fighting for the belt, it'll be an easier transition for the up and comers (like Magnus or Pope) to transition to the World title picture.
