Mostly Joe and Magnus, it would add more to the feud.

That's a terrible idea.

a)None of those guys are legends.
b)The "Legends" Champion would be more over than the World Champion which is embarrassing.

That TV title announcement on Impact was hilarious. They didn't even mention who the champ is, whether Devon is really gone or not or how they will decide the TV championship(will the titleholder defend it or will they crown a new champ?) I wouldn't be surprised if they worked out a new deal and Devon shows up. With how things played out with Matt Morgan anything is possible.

I was thinking about this earlier and I think it should definitely 1 of the 12 men that was in the BFG Series. So let's see, let's say they were to crown a new champion at BFG, that would eliminate Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Christopher Daniels since they all have matches. I think it's safe to say James Storm is going to be fighting Roode at BFG also so we can eliminate him. As much as I like Robbie E, he would bring the least amount of credibility to the title so no to him. And Pope is injured so no to him. That leave's Bully Ray, Anderson, RVD, Samoa Joe, and Magnus. Since I like him the most, I would go with Joe.
