I think it makes the Main event more interesting, they could build it like Jeff beat Bully twice in one week and Aries hasn't beaten him in months so it makes Aries look like the underdog, which is kinda what he was getting at during his promo backstage anyway.

Good summary. Aries wants what Jeff Hardy has - fame, money, and legacy. Question is what actions will he take to gain it.

Anyway, awesome show. I like my wrestling with a touch of insanity. TNA delivers the crazy yet funny in a good way in huge amounts while still being coherent these days. Since I hear they'll be staying live for a while now I hope this great run continues.

Storm/Roode probably street fight
3 way tag titles
Tara/Tessmacher

That's only 4 matches and there's still tons of big names not on the card. I'm not sure a big TNA vs Aces multiman is gonna happen or even should happen yet as the guys haven't even been revealed yet. If it doesn't, you still have RVD, Anderson, Joe, Magnus, Bully, etc. with no real feuds or build to anything.
