If this guy is the leader you will all poop your pants
I know it's impossible but he's the perfect manager for this stable.
I don't think it's impossible at all? Edge has no sort of contract in place with WWE as far as I know (contract ended recently.)
I actually kind of think Edge would eventually end up in TNA.
What people don't seem to realize or take into account is that wrestlers can not just retire when they are in their 30s or 40s. I mean unless they've saved a ton of money or made good investments, they need to continue to work just like everyone else. Look at Ric Flair... what could Ric have done to make money after he retired (especially if he were still younger, as he managed to still make good money in his 40s, 50s, 60s wrestling?) To me it seems like your best option is opening your own business, but there is no gaurantee that it will succeed.
Unless your The Rock who can make movies, there is very few jobs out there for ex-wrestlers especially considering what they're use to making. Guys like Shawn Michaels has a hunting show on some channel I don't even get and Goldberg has done some commentating for MMA, but those type of gigs don't seem to last long.
A guy whose future will be very interesting is Brock Lesnar. He's 35 years old and signed a one year deal with WWE, if he doesn't re-sign what's he going to do? He could go back to UFC to lose a fight or two for some money, but other then that what is there for him? He might be able to get a couple small movie roles, but no way that guys is making a career out of it. Now luckily for Lesnar, he lives a frugle life and has made loads of money which he's saved, but Lesnar likes the attention and the competition(why he's been in wrestling, tried out for NFL, became an MMA champion) and I have a hard time seeing him leaving wrestling again once his contract expires and if he does it'd probably be a return to MMA (maybe not even UFC.)
Edge is a different case altogether. He won't become no big movie star or tv star and apparently loves the business. I think it's very possible if TNA offered him a commentator, manager, gm role that he'd take it (maybe not right away, but eventually.)
Now with all that said, I can't stand EDGE! And it's because of that that I'm certain he will end up in TNA within the next five years. I'm also scared of guys like Kane/Big Show/Jericho showing up in TNA. When WWE no longer has a use for a guy, it's not like he can just stop wrestling. It's their livelihood. Is Big Show going to just become a bouncer or a security guard?
Anyway, I don't think Edge will be revealed as apart of Aces and 8s, but I wouldn't rule out seeing him down the road.
