To the poster above - yes, it would be great is it was made up of all the recent "departures"! Morgan, Velvet, Angelina etc. Doubt it, but it would be great.

I'd mark if Steiner was involved as that would mean that those Twitter rants were the best use of social media so far.

Well, RVD revealed during a interview lately, that out of Winter/Angelina Love/and Velvet Sky, one of them is coming back full time.

I wouldnt put it past Hogan being the leader because if yall remember at WCW Bash at the Beach 1996 he was with Sting and Savage against The Outsiders(Hall and Nash) and he turned his back on Sting and Savage to be revealed as the leader of NWO

Whoever is the mastermind behind it is not in any of the video messages nor are they involved in any of the beatdowns. The mouthpiece is not the leader so my top 3 for who it may be are Aries, Hardy or Storm.
