TNA have a massive chance now, this is where they need to keep things simple and turn Aces & 8s into a monster heel stable, and dominate the title belts. They'd could get the tag team belts legit easily. The area where they'd struggle is the X division but after Lockdown they at least deserve stronger booking so they are a more superior force than a 54 year old with a baseball bat.
So we have
Devon - Been really impressed with his heel work, continue as he's going although him and Ray are one option for the tag team title belts
DOC - Big Monster potential, possible tag team title holder with Knox
Knox - Big Monster potential, possible tag team title holder with DOC
Anderson - I kinda get him in the "hanger-on" role - the annoying dude that aligns himself with the tough kids at school
Garrett - Can't believe I'm saying this but his character's got better since joining the Aces & 8s. Then again it's probably Wes making him look good. Full credit for taking that bump off the top of the cage though.
Wes - Weak link of the group, needs to be kept in the background while he gets more training. That probably goes for Garrett as well.
Taz - Heel commentator, fine. TNA needed one.
D'lo - assume his role will be giving orders and interfering in the occasional match
Bully Ray - YES YES YES he's turned heel again. The only negative at Lockdown concerning him was the absence of one of these http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTT4-wqADS0
just before he revealed himself as the President, but other than that he was on fire.
I'd also be open to an X division competitor joining them in some form long-term but the group now has proper potential, and Lockdown was the first time they generated serious heat. I am really optimistic about it and it's the most excited I been about TNA in a long time.
There is just a small part of me however that's fearing they'll turn it into another Immortal clusterfuck
