Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread
Taz will never wrestle again. So there will be no revenge on Taz. Complete waste of an angle just to swerve people. The most obvious thing in the world was Bully turning and feuding with Hardy and eventually working with Hogan. Who is the worker in the Aces and 8s that will now wrestle Bully? Devon? They killed any interest in the follow up to this by having a non-worker turn.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread
Crazy to see what happened this time. Really wouldn't have expected Taz to be joining them. I never got what people were screaming about when he took off his jacket, then he turns around and it's explained.
I really thought the wedding would have ended with Devon doing something(since he is Bullys brother, and Bully kept mentioning how his brothers were with him at his wedding)

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread
Sure, it was different. But what the hell?
Who cares about Tazz? And what will he bring to Aces and Eight's except more promo time? It seems like they honestly had no clue how to have a swerve, so they just threw the Tazz swerve in there, just to have a swerve.
It's like Michael Cole joining The Nexus during 2010. It makes no sense.
So now, TNA consist of a retired announcer, midcarders from WWE, and the less of the Dudley Boyz.

Unnecessary flips and choreographed spots does not equal good wrestling. Just because you can work a 25 minute match in front of 1,500 people does not means your a good wrestler.

This. It's a good foundation, but it will ultimately depend on how they build it from now on.
According to Hogan and Anderson, this storyline has been planned out for a few months. . .So hopefully this isn't a cheap turn and they've got a big cash-in planned.

You can be interested all you want, there will never be a house show you will pay money to see involving Taz or a PPV you will buy to see Taz in a match. TNA have WAY to many onscreen characters who dont wrestle.
For the record, I really enjoyed the end angle. It was well done and the live crowd loved it. They just picked the wrong guy to turn.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread
I think Taz turning is good, and how he turned was good, but his reveal shouldn't have happened tonight imo. There should have been a much bigger reveal instead. I'm just tired of them prolonging all the big reveals.
Also, there's no way this kills the angle. Stop exaggerating.
