I remember when I didn't hate this stable
I know, back in the day I thought they would be an INTERESTING NWO knockoff. Oops.
Sure seemed that way. Granted the character work in Park vs Devon was a ton of fun. I'll have to put that over even if what it did for Devon wasn't too much of a positive for his angle.
I remember when they were a force within the company. Seems like eons ago.
So silver lining. That's good.
It really does seem like forever ago when they were kicking peoples asses left and right, it was exciting and fresh and Hogan was bossing around the Orlando PD... how long ago was that? Seems like years, but it wasn't that long because I remember we had already moved when SEND MORE COPS happened, so it must have been October or November. Jeez.
Although I will say in their defense that A&E aren't entirely responsible for the downswing in quality. Hardy as champion has completely failed and destroyed all the excitement and momentum Roode and then Aries brought to the table as champions. Also, the X-Division dying and tag division dying haven't helped at all, and the Knockouts are so stagnant right now it's really sad. I don't know, I feel like we just need the A&E crap to END, move on, bring up new blood into all the lower card divisions, and get the damn heavyweight title off Hardy ASAP.
That's not too much to ask, right?
