The biggest issue with this storyline shouldn't be who's in the group, it should be that a) they don't seem that strong and b) we still have no idea what their purpose is. Sure they have their moments like when they're taking someone out but when it comes to actual in-ring matches, they're booked very weak. If we just knew what their deal was I think we could forgive a lot of things or at least things would start to make sense. Aces have to rebound come Genesis. Knox getting buried by Sting certainly didn't do him or the group any favors. As if I think DOC has a chance at beating Sting on PPV following his return too. Weak. <3 Sting, but this isn't the right path.

Devon should secure a victory over Park. Believe the match is non-title so...maybe they could sneak in an upset. I wouldn't be surprised at this rate.

I agree sting is overprotected its pretty obvious of that, look at how man world title reigns his had, look at how many bound for glorys his main evented, but he did put over roode, at victory road and slammiversary roode won both matches even though it was dirty wins still.

He's mostly referring to how Sting destroyed Roode post match at Slammiversary. Which didn't do Roode any favors despite the victory.

Certainly wouldn't have been a negative for Sting to lose clean either. Not like he'd be back on PPV till Bound For Glory anyways.

It's only natural in the wrestling business to protect your top stars, even if they are overprotected sometimes. It also means that a win over Sting means a lot. Also for the record, Sting did put Robert Roode over at Slammiversery and Victory Road too, he also put Mr Anderson over the year before.

Even if he does go over DOC, it doesn't matter because Sting put over DOC when DOC took him out with the hammer.
