I don't think you understand what basic booking 101 is or what TNA's big shows are.

Basic booking 101 would here would be establish a strong core first (think Nash, Hall & Hogan). TNA have already established Aces & Eights are group of midcarders/cast offs.

TNA's big shows are TV not PPVs.

The massive difference in viewership and how TNA structures their product in general. Most major storyline developments are saved for TV.

Seriously I can't believe you are questioning it.

Well, that's because Russo is finally gone. The gimmick matches, for example, are finally on PPVs.

I think something very simple is going over your head. PPVs aren't big and it is wasteful to do a major angle on one of their PPVs in general due to the major differences in audience size.

And you keep ignoring 1 simple thing as well. PPVs are down because Russo told the audience (month after month, year after year) that "you dont need to order TNA PPVS, I'm gonna give you everything for free on TV". That doesn't mean TNA needs to move along with this broken business model, because... Well, because it's fucking broken.

I am ignoring a point you didn't really make?

This genuinely has absolutely nothing to do with what I am talking about at all. I can't be clearer in what I said. This has nothing to do with gimmick matches or giving anyway EVERYTHING. It is about putting your most important angles especially in the beginning in front of the most eyeballs. That's it. You should still keep the blow off to the storyline for PPV.

The point of any storyline in the wrestling business is to make people order the ppv to see the conclusion of it.
"Angle" and "Pay Off" are two complete different things, you make a angle to put a storyline over and then you end it on ppv where people are supposed to be interested enough to waste a few bucks on it.

First thing first - Thank GOD that Russo is gone, TNA is getting back on track

IMO this week's show wasn't so good, one week without aces & 8's can do some good & the Gutcheck match was hard to watch...

the reveal was OK, i'm a bit surprised that it was done on TV and a lot sooner that i thought the next member will be revealed.
We all knew that Gallows is a member so no shock here, but !
the angle made me think about the involvment of Joseph Park ( is he a member ? ? ? )
and the entire group is 10 guys ( 11 with the big boss , and thats a bit much IMO.
