Last time I checked hogan was looking at devon like a pussy, the Sargent has the biggest arms in the world now... not HH.

After watching this video, I'm now about 99.99% sure that Bully is the VP of Aces & Eights. That's his voice and his style of delivering the lines.

What I think is going on is that Devon was used to throw people off who thought Bully was the traitor. But in reality they are practically telling people that it's Bully. It's so obvious yet noone is able to see it. They are "brothers" after all.

Reminds me of Vince as the "Higher power" and HHH as the mastermind behind running down Austin at SS.

I doubt it to be honest. I think Ray is too over at this point to make him a member, he doesn't need the credibility a stable brings.

Hopefully the VP is Matt Hardy. I still think they used Raven to cut that promo though.

I know jeff champ and all but why matt hardy??
