Yes, Bischoff was revealed in December, just prior to Starrcade. But why should they? A PPV is about the matches, first and foremost. A TV show is about angles, storylines and in this case reveals to make people tune in the following week and buy the next PPV.

Devon was "fired", how did he get them in the Impact zone? And revealing them all in one night isn't important, but keeping the reveals interesting is, Devon is just dull...

When did they stop coming into the impact zone and Hogan started putting everything on lockdown after Devon left hence how they wasn't going get in anyways. Quit complaining and let the storyline play you don't know how this is all going to play he might be great in the role. If TNA would have revealed Edge, Chris Jericho, or someone else big people would have complain, to the fans TNA can't do anything right. Did you want TNA to surprise or do something really obvious last night?

I will tell you prime example of the fans being wrong last year at BFG, to everyone it was really obvious Roode was going to win the title and when he didn't everyone complained and said this company needs to die and etc. But at the end of the day what happened Roode became one the best in TNA and his storyline was amazing people just have to give it a chance it might surprise everyone. So for once don't over analyze this and just watch wrestling and see what happens.
