The voice software creates a higher pitch where translating the voice. So if you think is remotely sounds like D'Lo Brown (which I do), it probably is. There is a one with Luke Gallows and its obviously him but his voice is slightly higher. So to me its clearly D'Lo Brown. For two reasons.
1) It sounds like him with a higher voice and
2) He's actually under the mask when doing run ins.
But, Vince McMahon did the voice of the stalker before DDP joined. The person with the voice doesn't actually mean its the person doing the angle.
It's D-Lo.

My general preference besides a real major player like Edge/Batista would be a completely new independent star that hasn´t appeared on TNA or WWE before or a Abyss/Parks combo. Devon could possibly work. This angle is DEAD, if it is a WWE midcarder like D-Lo Brown/Matt Hardy or a washed-up TNA has-beens like Sting, Jarrett or Hogan. Morgan and Young as leaders doesn´t work either. They could be the VP, but not the leader. Same with Masters and Morrison.

The Adam Copeland thing is interesting but I doubt it's him, however the fact he is no longer affiliated to WWE and he cannot come back as "Edge" really really makes you think.
Adam Copeland stated during a radio interview in his native Ontario, Canada that he is no longer permitted to use the “Edge” name for public appearances since he is no longer affiliated with WWE.
is it confirmed, if so I'm hype a whole new regime in TNA would be awesome
from my research I see a lot of similar endings to their storylines, this would be great if it was no one who had anything to do with TNA leading the group rather than Jarrett or Bischoff
