Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

It would be a waste of angle to waste time on past stars like Bischoff and Goldberg. It is time for something new, not the same old non-sense we had in the 1990s.

WCW fans who can't let go of the past are killing pro-wrestling today. There I said it.

I don't get why people have such a big problem with "past stars." As long as it's entertaining, who gives a fuck if the wrestler is 90 years old?

No wonder WWE can never win with everyone because most are just looking for some super technical explanation on why something was not done right.

Bully would have signed with WWE and joined CM Punk and Heyman by now if TNA didn't make him the leader of A&8s. This could be the biggest angle of his long and impressive career.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

People complain about this guy and that guy's inabilities in ring work and then what do they do ? Hope and predict Goldberg is associated with the Aces and 8's story.

Or maybe Bully Ray is on the verge of a face turn and will be the one chasing the Aces and 8's.

I don't think this story and him being a prominent part (or not) of it HAS to be why he resigned...going back to the E means working a much more grueling schedule, it means not knowing if this week you are the flavor and next week you lose your flavor, get de-pushed and start putting over Ryback.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

I wouldn't mind seeing Bully turn face, and replace him with a heel Sting. It would be the complete opposite of what we all expect to happen at BFG.

It is stale. They old stars people want can no longer perform. It's time for some different to freshen up the business.

WCW fans who can't let go of the past are killing pro-wrestling today. There I said it.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

I have been thinking about who the leader of the AA'S could be and I have been coming up with the same names as everyone else. But today a name popped into my head that I don't think anybody else on this forum has mentioned. I almost laughed when I first thought of this person because I thought that there would be no chance in hell of this person getting involved with tna. but after a while I started to think about it a bit more and now I think that it would be the perfect person to be revealed as the leader of the aces and eights and the person I am talking about is Shane mcmahon.
