Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

Unless the leader of Aces and Eights turns out to be Goldberg, I have a feeling that a lot of people are going to be disappointed & that the big reveal is going to come off as really lackluster. If it's Bubba Ray & then a bunch of jobbers, no one is going to care. Sad but true.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

It looked like he had a beard. I think it's Knox.

The IWC has a bad reputation. Are you a part of the problem, or the answer?

If this is directed towards my post where I said I think Abyss/Joseph is involved, I'm not interested in your lawn mower engines, but I do have some reading glasses that you may be interested in buying.
I clearly said IMO Abyss is going to be the VP, who is currently being played by D-Lo. The arm-breaker is obviously Knox, you even see his beard when Aries lifts his mask up.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

Hogan segment with bully ray was too suspicious.

The reason why we don't get fresh ideas and promotions rising in American Pro Wrestling is because the majority of the community is happy with the same old shit and will reject any chance of change. There is a risk in doing new things, 9 times out of 10, it leads to 50+ pages of bitching and moaning. While business gets turned into a dictatorship and more and more out of touch. Support the indies, support New Pro Wrestling.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

I am starting to think the leader is Aries. This is because they have shown the group is willing to beat each other up to keep this quite.

Yes, Aries turns heel to keep the title against Hardy. Makes sense to me. Hardy won't turn heel again, that's for sure. Bully is not in the main event, so he's out for now, this pretty much leaves only Aries.

Re: Aces & Eights Discussion Thread

Seems too obvious to have Bully Ray in A&8's.

The president does not have to wrestle in the main event or even win the title at BFG.

It could be as simple as Bully turning on Team TNA to reveal himself as the president and then coming back out in the post match of the main event to flatten Aries. Gives the big reveal payoff at BFG and put additional heat on Bully, sets up Bully vs Aries for Turning Point also gives reason to purchase TP.
